Good morning fellow Veterans,

As promised we were to start the summer certification process today.  However, VAOnce is down and no one at VA can tell me when it will be up and running again.  As a result, I cannot as of right now certify any summer course work.  We will continue to check the program every few minutes to see if it is up.  I will keep you posted as to the status.
