We just finished the spring billing.  You have by now gotten notification from the VAOnce program letting you know that your semesters bill has been sent to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  VA will in turn send you a notification that your school has billed them.   Please expect this.  It does not mean something is wrong.  It is just them letting you know they were billed.

Also, if you drop a class now, you may end up in debt with VA for book stipend, housing, and tuition and fees.  You may even owe SEU as we are outside of any refund period. 

I suggest you look at your student account to ensure your balance is corret now that we have completed the billing process.  Remember, VA does not cover the parking permit or health insurance, so if you signed up for either of these products you are responsible for the charges.
