Freshmen and Food Justice

This year's freshman class explored the topic of food justice through the lens of Kelsey Timmerman's book, Where Am I Eating? An Adventure through the Global Food Economy. Food justice is an important component of social and environmental sustainability because it's concerned with the ability of a community to create processes that support both current and future generations' needs.
