Vision: Leading EDGE, through experiential learning, will provide a unique perspective on team building for the SEU community. We aim to create a confident and prepared team of facilitators.

Leading EDGE consists of facilitators who have gone through extensive training to facilitate groups through experiential activities that can focus on a variety of topics including:

• Decision-making
• Problem-solving
• Goal-setting
• Taking positive risks

• Teamwork
