Exploring What it Means to Be a Leader
Hilltop Leaders is a yearlong program facilitated by the Student Leadership Team (SLT). It is available to freshmen and sophomores who are interested in learning about who they are as leaders and exploring the many ways that leadership manifests itself in different settings. Students participate in interactive weekly sessions, attend a weekend retreat, create and implement a group service project, and take part in a five-day trip to Washington, D.C. The experience applies theory to practice, and students who complete the program successfully will be recognized at an end-of-year graduation.
Hilltop Leaders has received national recognition from the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) as a Theory to Practice Spotlight Recipient. For more information, please visit the NASPA web site.
