Financial Aid Related
Verification of Household Size
If your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) was selected for verification, you will need to complete a worksheet verifying which family members you included in your answer to the household size question on your FAFSA and which of them are also attending college.
Verification of Child Support Paid
If you or your parent indicated on your FAFSA making child support payments in 2011, then you will need to complete a worksheet verifying who made the payments, who received the payments, for which children the payments were made, and how much was paid.
Verification of Non-Tax Filer Income - Student
Students who reported on their FAFSA that they will not file an IRS income tax return but earned income from work must submit this form to verify the amount of wages they earned in 2011. Submission of W-2s is also required.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal
Students who have been denied financial aid for failing to meet the university's Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements may appeal that decision by completing and submitting an appeal to the Progress Appeals Committee. he committee considers appeals based upon extenuating circumstances. Submit of an appeal does not guarantee approval by the committee.
Tuition Exchange Program Application
Tuition Exchange is open to children of full-time regular employees who have at least 3 years continuous service. Children interested in participating in this benefit during the Fall semester must make application to St. Edward's Office of Student Financial Services by December 1st of the preceding year.
Given the very limited number of slots available each year, participants will be selected based on their parents' regular seniority. Eligibility for the program ceases at the end of a semester in which the employee separates service or changes to a non-benefits eligible status.

Tuition Remission for Employees, Spouses and/or Dependents
Qualified St. Edward's University employees seeking tuition remission for themselves or their dependent must complete and submit this form to the Office of Student Financial Services at least 30 days before the start of each semester. The Human Resources Office provides additional information about this program.
Tuition Remission for Employees' Adult Students (age 25 years or older)
To begin the application process for this program, the student must complete and submit the 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the "Tuition Remission for Adult Students" form to the Student Financial Services Office (Main Building, room 204). The Human Resources Office provides additional information about this program.
Perkins Loan Promissory Note
Students who have been offered a Federal Perkins Loan must complete a Master Promissory Note as part of the process to secure their award. The MPN serves as their legal agreement to repay the loans under the terms and conditions of the program.
Direct Deposit Authorization
Students whose financial aid exceeds their direct charges must complete an authorization to have their credit refund electronically deposited to their personal checking or savings account.
Billing Related
Credit Card Autobill Authorization
Students who participate in the university's Monthly Arrangement Payment Plan (MAPP) can complete this form to have their MAPP payments automatically billed each month to their credit card.
EDPay Terms Agreement
Students who receive employer reimbursement for their tuition at the end of the semester can use St. Edward's Employer Deferred Payment (EDPay) Program to finance their semester charges. Students must complete and submit this agreement to the EDpay terms to participate in this program.
Petition for Schedule Adjustment/Refund
Students who wish to petition for an adjustment to their course schedule and/or request a refund past the university's published deadlines must complete and submit this form. Instructions for submitting the request are detailed on the form. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.
Texas Tomorrow Fund Permission Letter
If your student is participating in the Texas Tomorrow Fund (Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan) and you would like St. Edward's University to charge your plan for the outstanding balance or to deplete the account, please fill out the Texas Tomorrow Fund Permission Letter.
