Hunt, Le Mans & Johnson Halls
Discover urban living in the heart of campus. The residential village is composed of three residence halls--Hunt and Le Mans Halls, which house freshman students, and Johnson Hall, for upperclass students-- which offer a variety of designer touches in a contemporary environment. The halls feature kitchens, a large recreation room, laundry facilities, on-site resident mailboxes, 24-hour computer labs and study areas. In addition, the complex houses the university's second dining hall, convenience store, coffee shop and Health & Counseling Center. Since 2010, Le Mans Hall has been home to the Natural Sciences Living Learning Community (LLC), funded by a generous grant from the National Science Foundation. In 2012, Johnson Hall became home to the Faith & Service Living Learning Community, the university's first LLC for upperclass residents. This year in the fall of 2013 Johnson Hall will also become the home for the Modern Languages Living Learning Community, an LLC that is also comprised of upperclass residents.

Katelyn Bivin, Residence Director
Hi y'all! My name is Katelyn and I'm excited to introduce myself as the new Residence Director for the Village- go Lions! I am an Austin native who recently moved back to Texas after a long stint of living in Washington, Colorado and California. I am a recent graduate from Fuller in Pasadena, CA where I got my Masters in Family Studies. I've been working doing residence life for the past two years, but this is my first year at St. Edwards and I'm excited to be a Hilltopper! In my free time I love swimming, running around Lady Bird Lake, eating my way down South Congress, outdoor concerts, and hanging out with my husband Brian. We live in the apartment in Johnson hall and are excited to get to know each of you and do life together as the Hunt, LeMans, and Johnson Village community. Feel free to stop by my office in the front lobby of LeMans to say hi and introduce yourself at anytime :)

I am a junior Biology major and this is my third year living in Le Mans Hall and my second year as an RA. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, doing arts and crafts, and playing board games. I have also been known to create my own puns (no joke) and share them with my family and friends. I enjoy checking out campus activities, participating in service projects, and staying active through sports or outdoor activities. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you this year!

I like to stay active on campus by running around and participating in events and service opportunities whenever I can. For fun I sometimes like to sing along to songs I can't always remember the lyrics to, watch cooking videos on YouTube, or hang out with friends to do both. You are all welcome to come by and see me for anything you may need or to just chill. I am really excited to share a great year in our community!

This will be my first semester as an resident assistant, and I'm really looking forward to meeting new faces! My door is always open (really though, it's almost always propped open with a door stop) so please don't hesitate to drop by.
