Interactive Transcript Evaluation System

For Prospective Students Only

The transfer course equivalency system provides St. Edward's transfer credit equivalencies for commonly transferred courses. The information that you find here is drawn from the same course equivalency database that is used when information is posted to your official St. Edward's transcript.

This is an unofficial evaluation. This evaluation system currently contains a limited list of schools. Courses shown here as direct equivalents may or may not be applied toward your degree.

St. Edward's will apply to a specific degree no more than 66 hours from an accredited junior or community college. At the time of the transfer evaluation, all transferable work completed at a junior or community college will be recorded on the official transcript. If the number of hours transferred from a junior or community college exceeds 66 hours, it will be the responsiblity of the School Dean (or designated staff) to recommend how the
student will satisfy degree requirements. The grades for work transferred will not apply toward the cumulative grade point average at St. Edward's.

The transfer of college credit from another institution may also be limited by the residency requirement for graduation and the general academic policies of the university. Entering students must have official transcripts of all prior work on file within one semester of initial registration or be subject to dismissal. Transfer credit will not be awarded for any prior work completed at any institution that is not listed on the student's admission application.
