Post Office personnel check the campus mail drop box throughout the day.  The mail is put directly into the intended mailbox. 

When addressing campus mail, please provide the correct campus mailbox number, not the recipients’ room number or phone extension. 

If you do not know the mailbox number mailbox numbers can be located by consulting the University directory.  The Post Office can look up mailbox numbers, but time available to look up mailbox numbers is limited.
