In this retreat, we explore yoga as a powerful tool
to help you stay healthier, happier and more connected. The first session includes active physical yoga accessible to beginners that’s directed toward strengthening and energizing the body, increasing focus, and clearing the mind. The second half introduces participants to various techniques for energy restoration, meditation and relaxation.
This workshop is open to all levels and is held indoors at Eastside Yoga.
