Dick Orton was born in Green Bay Wisconsin--and yes he's avid Packer fan. After a civil service career at both the federal and state levels, he taught Public Administration at St. Edward's for 20 years in New College. He was ordained a deacon 13 years ago and has been serving St. Edward's in that capacity ever since.
