Servicescape Guidelines
What does your office space or lobby say about you? About the University? Take a look at your servicescape.
“Servicescape” is similar to “landscape”, but rather than referring to only exterior spaces, the term refers to all the exterior and interior spaces, materials, and items with which users interact. In the case of our university, it refers to the interior, public, non-architectural elements in use throughout campus. The purpose of the Servicescape Guidelines is to create a consistent and aesthetically pleasing interior environment for all students, faculty, staff and visitors.
