Tuesday, April 10, 7 p.m., Jones Auditorium, Ragsdale Center
Sheila Taylor, Systematic Theology, Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, and Quinn Warnick, English Writing and Rhetoric, St. Edward's University, will discuss the religious contours of Mormonism and the ways in which Mormons see themselves contributing to American public life. This forum is part of the Nostra Aetate Series that explores the interreligious values reflected in the groundbreaking Vatican II (1965) document of the same name, which expressed a commitment to dialogue and understanding among diverse faith traditions.
Event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the event. This event is part of President Obama's Interfaith Challenge.
