The Office of Human Resources, in collaboration with other departments, is responsible for the employees of the university. This responsibility begins with the application process and continues through the end of an employee’s tenure. 

The primary focus of Human Resources is on matters relating to university employees. HR staff also works with management to help develop long-term strategies for the growth and development of the university. The Human Resources Office is where employees should go for information and assistance with all employment related matters such as benefits, compensation, and training.
