Avoid Losing Accrued Annual (Vacation) Leave

As a part of a positive work-life balance, employees are encouraged to use their annual leave entitlement throughout the year.  However, busy work lives can sometimes interfere. Knowing this, the HR staff would like to remind you of the annual leave carryover policy.                                                            

Full time, benefits-eligible employees may carry forward a maximum of 120 hours into the 2017-18 fiscal year. Less than full-time employees may carry forward a proportionate amount based on percent time. Any hours in excess of these limits at the end of the fiscal year will be forfeited without compensation. The end of the 2016-17 fiscal year is June 30, 2017.
