Retirement Plan
An important part of the St. Edward’s benefits program is helping you prepare for a financially secure retirement. Two retirement plans are offered:
- Regular Retirement Plan
- Supplemental Retirement Plan
All benefits-eligible employees 21 years of age and older will be enrolled in the Regular Retirement Plan after one year of regular service, unless they opt out. All employees are eligible to participate in the St. Edward’s University Supplemental Retirement Plan.
To enroll in or make changes to either of these retirement plans, go to our online Retirement Manager system. There you will find information about your options and links to our investment providers.
