We are committed to empowering students to make informed, positive lifestyle choices, take responsibility for self-care, and achieve optimal levels of wellness in order to reach their full potential. 
 
As a Holy Cross institution, St. Edward’s University views wellness as integral to the holistic development of our student body. Many campus entities are dedicated to promoting, sustaining, and enhancing the overall wellness of students through a variety of educational, consulting, counseling, medical, nutritional, recreational, spiritual, and vocational services and programs.
