Computer Services is in charge of administrative computing services.  We update and maintain Jenzabar CX/CARS, EdWeb and Cognos reporting. 

Jenzabar CX/CARS delivers service throughout the student lifecycle. Integrated student information and business office systems empowers the administrative staff to enhance constituent satisfaction and streamline operations in all of our offices across campus.

EdWeb is a collection of Jenzabar CX applications and university-developed add-ons that enables administrative and academic offices to easily access, update, store and report on crucial data. EdWeb delivers key data to offices across campus, integrates workflow and enables our institution to offer prompt, personalized service to prospects, students, alumni, and faculty.

Cognos provides ad-hoc reporting and analytic capabilities for Jenzabar’s UNIX-based ERP solution.  Cognos allows users to: create queries and reports without learning complex query languages, generate reports containing text and graphical displays, including pie charts, bar graphs, and line graphs, use built-in templates for data display, produce comparative reports, analyze trends, and show data from a variety of perspectivesand the ability to quickly obtain results from complex queries and reports.
