Viewing a Group Schedule

  1.  First you have to create a Contact Group
  2. In the Calendar Pane, click New Appointment .

  3.  Add the Contact Group to the Appointment by clicking Invite Attendees To: and selecting the Groups name from the box that pops up.


  4.  In the Show Group, click on Scheduling.
  5.  You will now see the group schedule's free and available time.

  6. If you click on expand next to the distribution list, the Scheduling Tool will show you each individual's schedule.

  7.  You can use the Auto-Pick tool to pick the next available meeting time that fits all attendees schedule.
