R25 and 25Live will be unavailable on Monday, March 11 and Tuesday, March 12 while we transition this room scheduling service to a hosted solution. We will begin this work at approximately 8:00 AM on March 11 and will have access to these services restored by the end of business on March 12.

Beginning in late January, we have experienced Blackboard outages every 4 to 5 days. Our Systems team, operating under Blackboard best practices and according to recommendations from their support technicians, made some adjustments to systems settings on February 19 in order to mitigate the risk of similar outages....

St. Edward's University students, faculty, and staff have the option to use VarsityBuys.com to purchase and download the available software products for personal use. Some of these products include Office 365 University for students, faculty, and staff, and Office Professional Plus 2013 for faculty and staff.

Update 12:08 pm: Service in East Hall has been restored and new hardware has been installed to prevent a recurrance of this service failure.
