iClickers
What is an iClicker?
An iClicker is a type of audience response system that allows you to poll students electronically in the classroom. The iClicker system has three parts: the receiver, the remotes or clickers, and the software that controls the system. The receiver plugs into your computer’s USB port and records the votes. The white student clickers can be handed out to your class for voting on multiple-choice questions, while the blue instructor clickers can be used to vote or to control the iClicker software. The iClicker software allows you to create and manage question lists, view results, and create on-the-fly questions during your presentation.
