Faculty and Staff Computers
All university owned faculty and staff computers are maintained by Technical Services. If you are experiencing a problem with your computer, please contact the Computer Help Desk (x8443) and we will assist you or escalate your problem to Technical Services.
- Removing viruses
- Removing malware
- Connecting to our wired or wireless network
- Installing operating system updates
- Installing antivirus software
We cannot work on any hardware issues. Students may bring their computers to the Help Desk in Moody Hall 309. Computers will need to be left at the Help Desk while they are repaired. We cannot re-install any operating system or other software unless the student provides a licensed copy of the software (with the exception of Symantec AntiVirus).
