Personalizing Your Calendar

There are muiltiple ways to personalize your iCal. Please see our pages below personalozing your calendar.

Menu Bar

When you open iCal,  the Menu Bar will appear at the top of your screen. Here, you have access to the iCal Menu, File Menu, Edit Menu, Calendar Menu, View Menu, Window Menu, and the Help Menu.

From the iCal Menu you can access your Preferences which allows for you to edit General and Advanced options.  

Creating a To Do Item

You can add a to do item from the File menu or from the To Do List:

1.  Right-Click on the meeting you want to modify, Select Get Info.  *Note: You can only modify meetings that you originally created.
