Due to a bug in our version of Blackboard (Blackboard 9.1 Service Pack 4) course copies of materials between Blackboard 9.1 classes may result in files that are inaccessible by students.  This problem only affects course materials copied from Blackboard 9.1 by instructors. Courses imported from Blackboard 8 to Blackboard 9 are not affected. Due to this problem we have temporarily disabled the ability of instructors to copy course materials.  

The Faculty Resource Center (FRC) staff will be happy to copy any course materials for the remainder of this semester.  Please send an email to instcom@stedwards.edu and list the following information:

• Original Course 
• Destination Course
• Any particulars about the content to be copied (i.e. all content, only specific documents, include Grade Center columns, etc.)

In December, after Fall Grades are posted, we will be upgrading Blackboard to a later Service Pack that should fix this problem and allow instructors to copy their own course materials.
