Computer Help Desk Hours
Contact the Help Desk for questions regarding accounts, email, networking, virus cleanup, supported software, phone changes, voice mail issues, installation of network jacks and One Card issues.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (GMT-6)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT-6)
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT-6)
Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (GMT-6)
Faculty Resource Center (FRC)
Faculty Resource Center staff assist faculty with instructional design needs including integration of technology into courses and multimedia project development.
Hours: Staffed Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
24 hour access for faculty with ID card
Classrooms, Labs and Media Support
Classroom, Lab and Media Support provides support for all labs and classrooms as well as providing digital equipment checkout, training and assistance for students. There are several computer labs on campus including three labs that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For a complete list of labs and hours visit:
