Shuttle Service from Garage to RCC 9:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Employer Set-Up 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Lunch Service 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Fair Open to New College & Graduate Students Only* 12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.
Fair Open to All Students & Alumni 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Shuttle Service from RCC to Garage 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
*Please join St. Edward’s Career Services for this unique job fair preview opportunity for our working professional students to engage you in a 1-hour prelude to the formal 1 o’clock start time. Working professional students at St. Edward’s will be primarily from the following disciplines: business and administration, digital media, IT/IS, organizational development, leadership & ethics, and counseling programs. Our working professional students will be from organizational communication, human services, liberal arts, and public safety programs. We expect approximately 150 adult students at this VIP preview.

All rates include 6'x8' booth with table cover & 2 chairs. Does not accommodate 10 feet. Also includes lunch for 2 recruiters per organization.

*For $10 per recruiter, additional recruiters can be added for lunch when registering for the fair through Hilltop Careers.

Registration Instructions

  1. Register (if new user) & login into Hilltop Careers
  2. Select the Career Events tab along the top of the screen
  3. On the right-hand side, scroll and select Job Fair
  4. Select Job & Internship Fair 2012
  5. Click Register and follow the remaining instructions

*Special rate is available for nonprofit organizations & government agencies.
