About Personal Training

The Campus Recreation Personal Training program is available for any students, faculty, or staff at St. Edward's University.

Sessions are scheduled based on your availability - our trainer is available 7 days a week any time the Recreation and Convocation Center is open to the St. Edward's community.

You can sign up for as many sessions as you want at any time.  Sessions are just $25 per 1 hour, one of the cheapest rates in Austin.  Personal Training will help you meet your fitness goals by allowing you to develop an exercise program custom designed to meet your goals.  Our trainer works one on one with clients to ensure each client's needs are met, whether it's for weight loss, sport training, or recovery

Fees

All Personal Training sessions are priced at $25 per 1 hour session.

Meet the Trainer

Jillian Lemons is a Kinesiology major at St. Edward's with a Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  A veteran trainer for over 4 years, Jill began training clients in the home, working with various clients including expectant and new mothers.  Additionally, she's taught Group Fitness classes, including StollerFit classes and Boot Camps.  Each client is different, and her expertise in finding programs for the elite athlete, those new to the fitness routine, as well as those who suffer from chronic pain allows her to work with a variety of physical fitness types. 

"I specialize in pre- and post natal exercise as well as helping people overcome chronic pain, such as back of knee pain, through exercise, but I truly enjoy working with different levels of people.  No matter what your reason, or what shape you are in, I love to help everyone reach their fitness goals"

In addition to designing physical workouts, Jill can work with clients to establish a proper nutrition plan to compliment exercise.

Registration

To get signed up, simply fill out the Personal Training Registration form (pdf) and bring it by the Recreation and Convocation Center with payment.  

We currently accept check, cash, or Topper Tender for Personal Training payment.
