Bienvenidos! The College Assistance Migrant Program is dedicated to serving the higher education needs of migrant students at St. Edward's. Because CAMP is funded by both the U.S. Department of Education and St. Edward's, we follow federal definitions for migrant and seasonal farmwork. To qualify for CAMP you must meet the admission requirements for St. Edward's, be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
CAMP has assisted more than 2,700 students since 1972, with thirty-five students chosen annually to participate in the program.
The primary goal of CAMP is to assist freshmen in making a smooth transition to college by establishing good academic habits. However, our commitment of support goes beyond the first year and we take pride in being a second home to all CAMP students.
