SEU overloads will not be accepted after 8am on Friday January 17.
**SUBMISSIONS FOR COURSES WILL BE ACCEPTED THE MONDAY AFTER REGISTRATION BEGINS**
BSS overload requests will be reviewed and processed BEGINNING early December 2013.
Please use the SEU wide overload request form for all SEU course overload requests.
See below for more details re: processing timeline for overload requests in BSS.
* Overload requests will be processed in the days and weeks after November 4th. BSS will begin reviewing requests in early December. * All requests are reviewed and denied or approved using need-based criteria. * As noted at the bottom of this page, you will be notified at the latest by the Friday before classes begin for the term of the request; however, some notifications may begin in mid December.
* Any overload requests submitted for the certain SP'14 courses will be deleted and not responded to as they are NOT eligible for overload requests due to lab/classroom space or equipment availability: [more to be posted soon]. See bottom of page for restricted courses.
Please complete the SEU overload request form clearly and completely -- you will receive updates when the request is reviewed, in process and then denied or approved.
Decisions regarding requests will be made by the Friday before classes begin at the latest. Please check availability of the course in the meantime for any open seats. Do not contact BSS regarding your request.
You will be notified of the approval/denial via St. Edward's e-mail account by the Friday before classes begin.
DO NOT CONTACT BSS REGARDING YOUR REQUEST -- we will send an email to your SEU email account re: approval or denial. A request does not guarantee an approval.
If this request is approved, you must go on-line and register yourself for the class within 48 hours or the approval will be removed.
