Being a college student involves multiple changes happening all at once. How you deal with them can impact your future in many ways, including how happy you are here at St. Edward's University. We want to help you respond to stress as well as possible. This can involve many proactive as well as reactive tools. Review the following materials for some suggestions on these areas.
