Health and Wellness

Part of being a college student is staying up late, eating ramen noodles, and going out with friends. However, doing any of these things for an extended period of time can result in or worsen illness. Therefore, it is important to take good care of yourself by making sure that you get enough sleep, exercise, and eat well. Review the following materials for some suggestions on these areas. As always, should you have questions on this topic, please feel free to contact an APSS academic counselor.

You may also notice that your emotional stress is affecting you physically. If you need to talk to someone about your level of anxiety and stress, call the Health and Counseling Center at 512-448-8686 to make an appointment.
