The Fall 2011 issue of Directions lead story by Dan Solomon highlights the School of Management and Business' three innovative programs including the MBA in Digital Media Management. Dean Marsha Kelliher wrote in the issue's introduction, "When we launched the first digital media program, the MBA in Digital Media Management in Fall 2005, we knew that there was a risk that the academic and business communities might not understand the value of this unique educational opportunity. On October 14, the program was awarded an Innovative Program Award by the International Digital Media Arts Association, and it has received international recognition by the Asian Correspondent."
